By accessing, registering with, or using the bigtka platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the bigtka platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bigtka ("the Company", "bigtka", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bigtka website at bigtka.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels (collectively, "the Platform").

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party in registering for an account, and that you are not a professional player using automated tools or systems to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
To access the full range of bigtka services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the bigtka Platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. bigtka reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, where duplicate accounts are identified, to void all associated bonuses and forfeit any bonus-derived winnings from those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bigtka will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bigtka support immediately.
bigtka may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bigtka may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.
bigtka supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
The minimum deposit amount on the bigtka Platform is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the deposit screen within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit to your bigtka account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to four hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where KYC verification is pending. bigtka reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
bigtka does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges. bigtka is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the bigtka Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency transactions are facilitated through the Platform.
bigtka may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game restrictions. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on games excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.
bigtka reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has abused or attempted to abuse the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion.
All promotions are valid for the period specified in their individual terms. bigtka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights accrued prior to such modification are not adversely affected.
All casino game outcomes on the bigtka Platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems supplied by the Platform's game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bigtka does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any RNG-driven game. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on bigtka's servers, the server record shall be considered definitive.
All sports betting markets on bigtka — including live cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market type. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided by bigtka at its sole discretion. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software error during an active game session or bet, bigtka will use its server-side records to determine the outcome at the point of failure. bigtka will not be held responsible for losses arising from technical failures caused by the player's own device, internet connection, or third-party software.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigtka Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the bigtka Platform — including but not limited to the bigtka name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bigtka or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bigtka content without the prior written consent of bigtka. Game content provided by third-party studios (such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Evolution Gaming) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licensing terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bigtka shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, or third-party service outages beyond bigtka's reasonable control; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
bigtka's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bigtka's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
bigtka collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a bigtka account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bigtka, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require bigtka to retain certain data for specified periods.
bigtka uses your data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. bigtka does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

bigtka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice if: (a) it suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) it is required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons; (c) it suspects fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity; or (d) a player fails to complete required identity verification.
You may request the closure of your bigtka account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds or wagering-locked amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification procedures.
An account is considered dormant if it has not had any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bigtka may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied and given the opportunity to reactivate their account to avoid the fee.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bigtka is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bigtka's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
bigtka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bigtka will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, via an in-platform notification, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the bigtka Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
